Pictured below mounted on my engravers ball is my original hand engraving of one of the eagle medallions. It took over forty hours of
working under magnification to complete, from it an impression was made to produce a model for a mold to cast from. I do both
reverse and cap engraving, otherwise referred to as working in the deep or off/over the top. The original engravings and models

| The belt buckles are assembled from quality metal die-castings with durable gold and nickel plating that with a little care will wear for years. The eagle medallions are hand-cast (cutout-style) 1 & 1/2 inches in diameter. They and their leather backgrounds are mounted in a bezel that is held with two screws from the back. The buckles will fit belts up to 1 & 1/2 inches wide and are designed for belts that have the snap on and off feature. |
